All intellectual property rights related to the content, design, and development produced by Loom Digital remain the property of Loom Digital until full payment has been received. Once payment has been completed, ownership of the intellectual property rights is transferred to the client.
However, Loom Digital reserves the right to use completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.
You agree to use the Loom Digital website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. You may not engage in any activity that disrupts the website or impairs its functionality.
