Why I started Loom Digital
Good businesses deserved a better experience than being sold to, handed over and forgotten.
Before Loom, I worked inside agencies and saw the same gap appear again and again. A business owner would buy into one conversation, then their project would pass through salespeople, account managers, junior staff or offshore teams. The person making the promises was rarely the person doing the work.
I knew there was a more useful way to work. One where the specialist could understand the business properly, make decisions faster and explain the work without hiding behind jargon or a polished monthly report.
So I started Loom Digital to build the kind of working relationship I believed business owners should have had all along. Direct, honest and personal, with one accountable specialist close enough to the work to care about every detail.
“I would rather earn your trust each month through the quality of the work than rely on layers of people and a long contract.”
